Here is where we can give you all the lowdown on previouse owners of the home and how the house has changed since it was built in 1929.  We are going to tell you the name of the past owners (but not what they paid for it, we could – its public knowledge – but were not going to)

We purchased the house from Weichert relocation resources on October 21^st, 2005.

Weichert relocation resources purchased the home from Heidi Berven and Aaron Harp on October 20^th 2005. – they were actually the owners before us, they just used a relocation company.

Heidi Berven and Aaron Harp purchased the home from John and Suzanne Boissy on May 24^th 2001.

John and Suzanne Boissy purchased the house from Suzanne Newhouse on May 19th 1999 (August 10^th 1999). (John and Suzanne I believe are the ones who painted the house purple)

Past this date the history is sketchy. We believe Suzanne Newhouse is who added the deck in back and she owned the home longer than all of our neighbors. She owned the house until 1999, and mostly likely added the office or family room in 1996.

In December 22^nd 1980 Comella purchased the home from Griffiths.

In October 31^st 1966 Griffiths purchased the home from McCowan.

In July 28^th 1951 Moffett purchased the home from Wilks.

In 1945 the garage was added to the property.

And in 1929 the house was built.
